Come join us, your first class is free! Stroller Strides is a workout that you can do with your baby in tow! 60 minute classes consist of a power walk combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing (provided), the stroller and the environment. You will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility. Read more
