Welcome to FIT Beginnings, interactive exercise and play for parents and children. FIT Beginnings offers various classes that foster positive interactions between parents and child while instilling the value of a fit and healthy lifestyle right from the start! Our current classes include: Music and Movement(mommy and me), Play With Me (mommy and me learning and play class), Fit Mommy and Baby, FIT Mommy and Mover, Stroller Muscle, Mommy Muscle (mom's only), FIT Kids (kids only...children 2 1/2 to 5) and we are also offering a playtime (this is a free play class, not a structured class).
Choose the class that is right for you!! A great place to meet other moms from the area.
