Mommy Muscle is a "Moms Only" exercise class that focuses on the muscles most affected by pregnancy. It is an intense workout designed for RESULTS! Non mobile babies are welcome to join mom in the room and there is nursery available through the Olympus Gym. The nursery is run like a "little school"...it is a structured environment with craft, exercise, and circle time activites.
