My name is Erica and I want to join this group because I would love to meet other moms out there trying to better themselves by being more active!
Why did you want to join the group? What are your Health & Well Being Goals?
To meet other mothers out there that want to be more healthy. My health goal is to lose atleast 25 pounds. Originally I was aiming for Christmas but that doesn't seem to be happening now. I need help getting motivated!
