Stroller strides is the country's largest firness program for new moms. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines Power walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the enviornment and excercise tubing. This is a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby. We also have weekly playgroups and monthly Mom's night out. We Meet Mon., Wed.,and Fri. every week.
