As with any photographic content obtained by an organization, any and all pictures posted on this site by members, or taken by a member of this group at an event and posted to the site, thereby become property of CNM. These photos will only be used for their intended purpose (not for profit or monetary gain). Any requests for removal will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.

Parental Responsibility/Liability
As a member of this group, you agree that you bear the sole responsibility for the safety and comfort of yourself and that of your child(ren) at all events. Regardless of the presence of other adults at events, it is imperative that you are watchful and aware of the whereabouts and safety of your own child(ren).

By joining this group you agree that CNM bears no legal liability for the safety of your or your child(ren). Should you or your child(ren) be injured at an event, you agree to bear full financial and legal obligation for the injury.

Venues
By posting events at outside venues, CNM in no way endorses that venue, nor takes responsibility for your child while at that event. A parent is the only one that can attest to the limitations and ability of their child(ren). Please keep this in mind when RSVPing to events. All events are age coded in order to help decipher whether or not they will be appropriate for your child. It is your duty to take this into consideration when you RSVP to an event.

Personal Property
CNM bears no liability for personal property lost or damaged at an event. As with the safety of your children, you are responsible for the care of your personal affects.
