Please dont RSVP yes, and not show. Its just Rude.

Your organizers work had to make the events fun and interesting. We buy things, we clean our homes, we get the kids ready. If you plan to come, then come. If you get sick, or have an emergency, then CALL

You wouldn't want to make our kids cry, now would you?

Our "No Show" policy is this:
We keep an eye on people that don't show. We'll contact you directly if we notice that it has happened more than once.
If "No Shows" becomes a problem, that member may be asked to leave.

If you RSVP to bring a contribution (food, supplies, etc) then plan on bringing it even if you cancel. AT LEAST call.
That's why man invented cell phones for goodness sake!

Please dont JUST change your RSVP online. Most organizers dont check online before an event. Please call. If you were meeting your mom, you'd call her if you couldn't make it right?

Please call the HOST of the event. They've done the planning, you should have the courtesy to call them directly

Plug your organizers' numbers in your phone, make the call if you are stuck and can't make it.
