We have weekly Meetups, as well as season related outings
that include the whole family.
We have a Mom's Nite Out once a month, potlucks, parties &
playdates of any and every kind!

We are grateful to be living this journey that includes
the laughter of our children,
new friendships and moments of bonding with other mothers!

Children love playgroups because they can:

~Participate in new experiences
~Develop and increase their social skills
~Learn sharing, co-operation and simple routines
~Interact with other adults and children in a safe, loving environment
~Enjoy learning more about their world

Adults also benefit from playgroups--
a time to talk, make friends and share experiences--
all while their children learn through their play experiences.

~Meet other local families and develop new friendships
~Relax and talk in a friendly environment
~Share experiences and ideas
~Offer support to one another through life's ups and downs

MEMBERSHIP DUES
Dues for Southern Oregon Hot Mamas are $25 per year,
payable on the date of your anniversary.
New members will have a 30 day free trial,
after which then dues will become payable for the next year.
Dues are non refundable.

Dues help to offset the costs charged to the Organizer by Meetup,
and help to cover the costs of things like party supplies, food, crafts, etc.
We are also hoping that by charging and receiving dues from everyone
we will be able to have enough funds to cover the costs of outings and adventures,
so that eventually money wont have to be a worry when deciding weather or not
you can attend an event that has a charge.

Secondly, we are hoping that by charging dues,
it will make sure that ALL of our members are really interested in joining
and being productive members who will contribute to the group.

You will have 2 options for paying your dues....
Cash, Check or Money Order placed in an envelope with your name written on the
outside and given to the Organizer. If you really want to be a part of the group,
and honestly cannot afford a once a year expenditure, please let the Organizer know,
and we can work with you to find a solution that works out for all involved.

We will send out reminder emails
to everyone at 2 weeks before dues are to be paid,
and the date dues are to be paid if they have not been yet received.

I hope everyone can understand why we feel the need to implement dues,
and should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
