offers a great way for pre and postnatal moms to meet other moms, bond with baby and have a great full body workout all at once!
StrollerFriends is our "social" side. Moms Nights Out, Playdates and Family events are planned each month. Members of StrollerFriends include StrollerFit participants as well as friends and moms wanting to learn more about StrollerFit. StrollerFriends membership is FREE and all are welcome.
