Meal planning encourges us to eat healthier, have more energy and stick to a budget saving money as well as saving time by eliminating lots of last minute trips to the grocery store to be seduced by bargains and impulse buys.
In this 3 week workshop (via telephone) you will:
*Review your current meal/shopping system
*Develop a budget
*Create a meal planning system
*Begin to build a reserve of great reciepes
*Develop the habit of regular weekly or bi-weekly planning and shopping
*Enjoy the support, encouragement and accountability of a like minded group of women
Workshops are 30 - 40 minutes in length.
