By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other likeminded moms by participating in:

There is no cost associated with becoming a member. All we ask for is enthusiasm and a smile.
You can join at any time of year. Whenever you are ready, we will be there to welcome you.
Stroller Strides, the country's largest fitness program for new moms, hosts the LUNA Moms Clubs. Stroller Strides offers innovative stroller workout classes for mom and baby. Though including a workout in your routine is a powerful tool to maintaining energy and overall health, there is no requirement to enroll in Stroller Strides to participate in the LUNA Moms Club.
