StrollerFriends is a group of friendly, approachable moms who participate in monthly outings and events. Activities include mom's night out, play dates, and more! StrollerFriends is free and open to ALL moms who want to meet other local moms and have fun!
StrollerFit, Exercise With Your Baby is an exercise class outside of StrollerFriends. The class is geared towards the pre and postnatal body and is a great way to get back into those pre-baby jeans without having to leave your baby behind! Babies are entertained throughout the class with silly songs, rhymes, and counting, while moms burn calories and build friendships. It is the ultimate in multi-tasking! All instructors are professionally trained and nationally certified. Please come check out a class?your first time is free! Please bring a mat or towel, comfortable athletic shoes, toy/snack for your child, and water.
We are currently holding class at Pen Park on Rio Rd. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:30am, and at the east end of the downtown mall on Fridays at 9:30am. Check out www.strollerfit.com/charlottesville for more information!

This class is free to all--a great chance to bring a friend or try class for the first time!
