Meet friendly, interesting, intellegent, local single moms to talk about your kids and have fun! Meet other Moms who are looking to meet new friends where we can have playdates with our kids and "quality Mom time" all at once!
I find it can be difficult to find other single Moms who just want to get together for a playdate with the kids and enjoy sharing our stories, and experiences as a single parent. I love my single (no kids) friends and my married friends, but wouldn't it be nice to meet some single Moms nearby that have similiar daily lives?
Of course I don't want to limit the group to strickly "single-moms", because I know that there are those married Moms out there that might have husbands that work odd hours and are also looking for some wonderful moms to connect with, so all interested Moms are encouraged to join.
In a nutshell here's the purpose of the group: To bring women with similar lives together to share stories and advice and offer frienship. Ideally I want to see this group have playdates with the moms and the kids and also some "girls nights outs" just for the moms so we can have discussions about things other than Barbies and Superheros.
