Hi Sacramento Area Ladies! Well, let's face it. We aren't fooling anyone. This group is for wannabe fit moms and mommies-to-be who'd like to take regular time in the day to squeeze in some fresh air with their little ones (even in utero) and to maybe... oh, juuuuust maybeeee... lose some of that awful muffin-top while enjoying the company of other refreshing women who still claim it's "baby fat" after a year! This isn't a fitness class and there aren't any fees unless you feel really philanthropic and you wanna just give the organizers some cold hard cash for fun. This is a simple and healthy outlet for all types of moms... stay-at-home moms, work-at-home moms, urban-eclectic-artsy -fartsy moms, suburban-totally-rad -soccer moms, AND soon-to-be moms!
