About this Meetup

This group was created to allow moms a chance to get together with other local moms and have a fun night out! We will have a variety of events on different nights of the week, but all are designed to be relaxing and fun for all who attend!

I don't want to get caught up with a lot of rules, but there are a few things I do want to avoid. First of all, I want this to be a positive, fun group for everyone; moms join this group for fun, and that's what it should be. Please, do not bring negativity to our nights out - try to avoid gossiping and especially man-bashing! That's no fun for anyone. We all know our wonderful husbands/boyfriends/significant others have their faults, as we do as well, and there's no harm in sharing the occasional hilarious story, but please remember to keep it light.

Also, while I created this group strictly for fun, it is also a bit of work, so please make it worth the effort by making an attempt to stay active. I understand there will be times that its just particularly difficult for you to make it to a certain month's events, but if a member goes two or three months without attending anything, or has a string of no-shows after rsvp-ing yes, I may ask you to reconsider your membership.

That's about it - this group is a learning process for me, so I may add some guidelines as we go if necessary, but overall, its like the song says, "Girls just wanna have fun!", so let's!
