Want to get back in shape, increase your energy level and get healthy? Come to a Stroller Strides class near you and you will get a "real" work out! Your first week is free in Wilmington so you have nothing to lose but pounds.

Need a night out? Head out with us for a Mom's Night Out, child free.

Looking for fun for you little one? Bring them along for a Stroller Strides class. Every Monday a play group will follow our Stroller Strides classes.

Not up to taking the class? No problem! Just join us after for some play fun. Other playgroups will be marked in the calendar as they are created.
