SERIOUS HELP WITH POTTY TRAINING ASAP!!!!!!

Ok so I dont know what else to do...my son turned two a week ago and his habits of taking the diaper off are getting worse by the day..Everyday now this week I have gone into his room in the morning and he has his poo EVERYWHERE!!!!! It's terrible and my son has tons of these poo diapers and nasty too...The mess gets worse and worse..today I almost cried I didnt know where to begin...what can I do to speed the process of helping him leave it on and start using the toilet?! He has the potty chair hes got the right idea but just sits there and than refuses to go in it...Any ideas please!!!!!
