Do you want to rent a house with us in Mira Mesa?

I'm looking for another woman and/or single mom that wants to share this house with US. I just signed a lease for a 3bd 2ba house Mira mesa.

"Us" includes my 5 years old son and our two Shih Tzu’s (small breed).

If you want to take the Master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, your share of the rent will be $ 800 p/month and $ 800 for deposit.
OR, you can take one of the two smaller bedrooms in the house and pay $ 600 for rent and deposit. We’ll split the utilities (not included on the rent) according to the monthly bills. We'll take the two smaller bedrooms in the house and will share the bathroom with visitors. the price of the rent for the house is $ 1800, so I think is a fair split of the rent price, don't you think?

I will prefer to find someone that wants to rent the whole house with us so that we can have more of a family environment and enjoy decorating the house. I have furniture for most of the house, so there is no need to buy any more furniture (unless you want to bring your own of course).

Home features included but not limited to: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer hook ups (I have bought a new washer already), garage has space for two cars, also plenty of street parking, large backyard.

House is in a very centric area. It’s located on Londonderry Ave. in Mira mesa.

Here is some on myself; I am a professional who just turn 40. I have a very busy schedule. My son and I are gone most of the day, but we like to enjoy of home in the evenings. We like to go out on the weekends and enjoy San Diego. We also love to enjoy of our friends. We like them to visit, but not to overdo it. Balance is good. I like to be respectful of the people I live with and the neighbors, so no big parties or people staying over is preferred (unless is a girl friend every once in a while).

We have two Shih Tzu’s, so if you have a dog will be fine, since the backyard is big enough for them to share. If you have a dog, you'll need to give $ 100 pet deposit.

I like clean. I'm not a freak regarding that, but clean enough to respect everyone living in the house.
