The Well Balanced Mom brings yoga to moms without the dreaded task of finding a sitter. This meet up group is designed for new moms in the Fairfield County /Westchester County area.  The age of the children range from new born to max 3 years old. Playdates and outings are mostly structured around those age groups. We offer play dates and support with a caring group of moms.  We also meet up with moms only for our "moms nights out" since we all need that sometimes!
