WInter is here! Let's get together for some exciting indoor play time. Two moms with backgrounds in Physical and Occupational therapy are designing fun exploratory activities for your toddlers. Groups are for toddlers to enjoy sensory, motor and social playtime.

This is a group for mom & dads who want to be active and workout while spending time with their children. We would meet for runs, hikes, bike rides, boot camp style workouts and playdates for the kids. I started this group to meet other parents to workout with that have children around my sons age, so children born in 2011/2012 only please. I will also be limiting the number of members in this group to ensure quality membership and participation.

As the mother of an introverted 15-yo daughter, it saddens me to see her struggle to make friends in school. This is a group for parents of introverted teenage girls who want to see them blossom more socially. We can arrange hang-out nights for the girls and maybe for the moms too!!

This group is intended for Moms who have young children under 3 who need the motivation and support of other Mom's to get fit. I would like to meet at a designated time each week, with kids in tow, to exercise. I figure that we can get creative with ideas for activities to do. Westford Cooperative Playgroup (WCP) meets weekly on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 in Westford, Massachusetts.
